From late March to May, Youth Square in Chai Wan will be hosting a brand-new event themed around holistic well-being — 'Take a Break'. Through exhibitions and art workshops, you'll be guided to reconnect with your emotions and learn to manage stress. Whether you prefer to let go by shouting at the top of your lungs or seek calm through pen and paper, this exhibition is for you. Are you ready? Take an hour off from life's distractions and drop by YS to reconnect with yourself. It's time to take a breather for your mind, body, and soul.
